Screen time of the average American continues to increase, with TV users watching more TV than ever before (127 hrs, 15 min per month), while also spending 9% more time using the internet (26 hrs, 26 min per month) than last year, according to the Nielsen Company.

The 411 on Web 2.0 Marketing
The American Marketing Association adopted the following new definition of marketing in October 2007:

“Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.”

Marketing goes far beyond creating slick presentations and brochures. It’s about getting to know the customer and demonstrating value.
